    Air Blower Description:

     

    Different plastic particles have different features, e.g. some are more sensitive to temperature which requires better controls on temperature while heating. Thus, air cooling heaters are designed for this type of plastic particles. The air blower connected with the heater can help cooling the heated object while it is being heated. When the temperature exceeds a certain degree, the air blower starts to work. In this way, the temperature of plastic particles can always be controlled within a certain range. Otherwise, the plastic products made are likely to have defector even cannot be formed.
